Helen,

I've played this both ways. I like to play it where if the last card up is a Queen then it cancels the previous wild card, but it's always something I mention when I deal the game, just so everyone's on the same page.

Have fun!

Question regarding the rules for follow the Queen. After all cards are dealt and the last wild card is a nine and then the dealer takes the last card and its a queen? Do the 9's stay wild? I have played for years that unless another card follows a queen, then the last card that was wild remains wild. However, another player said when the dealer takes the last card and its a queen it cancels out the previous wild card even though nothing followed her last queen dealt. Is this correct.
